I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly, always willing to assist me with any questions or requests. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the daily refresh service was excellent. The hotel facilities, including the spacious lounge/bar and dining area, were impressive. The menus offered ample and very tasty options, and the value for money was great. The wifi coverage throughout the hotel was excellent, allowing me to stay connected effortlessly. Additionally, I enjoyed the large, well-heated pool and sauna, as well as the secure ski storage with heated boot racks.

The highlight for us was the large, well-heated pool with its accompanying sauna, providing the perfect place to relax after a long day. The secure ski storage with heated boot racks was also a great feature, ensuring that our gear was in top condition for hitting the slopes.

The bed in my room was quite uncomfortable. The mattress had visible springs and was quite hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We particularly enjoyed the daily refresh of our room, ensuring that it was always clean and tidy. the hotel also had excellent wifi coverage, which was a bonus for staying connected during our Christmas vacation.
